They have an all-in-one email, CRM, and process/task management system that is Easy to program and customize and synchronizes with our property management software. They are always improving their system based on feedback from their customers.

Cons:

They are in the process of improving their shared email system. It's pretty good, but it will be better once they're complete.

Great customer support! When there are glitches there is always someone who can help you get it fixed right away reducing the downtime to a minimum. They listen and are constantly improving their software. This just does so much for our company. The task management portion has been a game changer for our business.

I really don't have anything to say here. Leadsimple has delivered a high quality product making our job smooth and transparent.

Lead Simple or Lead Complicated

There is a learning curve to this platform. I'm still working on getting it down. The employees are very nice at trying to help explain the system and helping with glitches when they happen.

Pros:

I like how we no longer have to worry about losing a email trace when it all is in LeadSimple. We are no longer stressed as an office of someone forgetting to send something out because of LeadSimple.

Cons:

That we haven't used it sooner. In the beginning it was hard to get used to. However, now that we have been using it for so long, we find it very useful when a task is brough up!

overall I like the process, the reminders, and settings to be able to track and see the history behind the lead throughout the process.

The simplicity of tracking leads and logging all information in one place. Being able to toggle between the team and see where everyone is at, and see if anything was missed.

Cons:

The issue with uploading attachments to template emails. It took a while to navigate and figure out which emails contained which attachment within, but overall I finally got it after playing with it.

Adaptation and evolution over time. Continuously getting better. Specificity to SFR property management industry. Good leadership and good people at this company. We’ve been with them over 10 years. Wouldn’t think of using anything else.
