The possibilities are endless for photo templates

Very impressed. We’re always thinking of new ways to use Bluepic, both internally and externally. They are constantly improving it.

Pros:

It creates easily sharable on brand templates that anyone can use, including on a smart phone. I’m not aware of any other tool that I can simply send a url to a customer and they can upload their own photo and send back a final product in seconds. Support always responds quickly!

Cons:

The template editor is a bit complex. There’s a lot of options and you have to learn how some of them work through trial and error.

There are not any direct alternatives that I know of. None that work the exact same way.

Reasons for switching to Bluepic

I don’t use it for sharing templates. This is much easier for the end user to create images with the wizard.

Best way to hand over graphic designs to clients

We feel really amazed about BluePic. It offers innovative workflows to hand over our work to a client. Additionally it feels like a great product to create automation workflows and intergretions with other tools.

BluePic offers us a super simple workflow to share designs with our clients and be sure that they will edit the designs correctly. We work with lots of clients that don’t know graphic design at all and they are all happy with editing templates made with BluePic.

Cons:

There is some confusing UI/ UX that we would not expect form a design software. More video tutorials would be a great help.

Bluepic's template builder is more suitable for advanced graphic design and the shared templates are simpler for users.

Bluepic is a true time-saver. The platform is intuitive, fast, and makes it incredibly easy to manage and share images—something my clients consistently appreciate. It’s helped streamline our workflow and elevate the overall experience we deliver. What truly stands out is their customer support—responsive, knowledgeable, and always eager to help. You can tell they care about their users.

Cons:

There’s very little to critique, but if I had to mention one thing, it would be that the initial learning curve can feel slightly steep for those unfamiliar with similar platforms. However, once you get the hang of it—and with their excellent support team—it quickly becomes second nature.

Self-service content marketing visuals made easy!

We create templates for our clients and embed them on sub-pages, which we then share with the individual client. We've never had any issues with creating templates and the widgets work great. Our clients are happy. I can really recommend Bluepic. The team is also pretty accessible & nice.

It's very nice that we can integrate functional templates into websites because it allows us to extend our service offering without confusing customers. We create templates that our clients can use to produce content marketing visuals and it's super easy for them to use these template widgets.

Cons:

The layouting of widgets can be weird at first and I had to manually adjust some CSS, so it looks good on our pages. I hope they improve on their automatic layouting...
