          It is very easy to understand which is crucial for someone who is brand new to fulfilling online orders. The customer support is very helpful and I had an overall positive experience
          Cons:
          There's honestly a good amount of error messages that are difficult to sort out on your own / understand. Reaching out to customer service to fix random error pop ups was common
