Easy platform to update with information and certifications. Like the range information you can access and refine at the touch of button. Use the Dashboard daily to keep on top of expiry dates. Like that can tailor the programme to meet the needs of your company.

Cons:

Can be clunky with click throughs. Development of bespoke systems and process can take some time.

Nothing has been to much trouble or difficult to implement in order to produce a platform that works perfectly for all my needs, suggestions and communications are dealt with in a very timely manner, and it is constantly developing, in line with the users needs.

I have in the past used several platforms that are totally generic, with Tabulator, alongside its developers, I now a platform that totally works with me and is bespoke to my business needs. Having totally redesigned our IMS system this platform allows me to store and communicate all the current documentation and is a pleasure to use during both internal and external audits.

Cons:

From my personal perspective there are none as it fits all of my requirements

Overall I found the package very use-full and the backup service is very good with the designers answering emails promptly and working to tailor solutions to suit our specific needs

Ease of use- very easy to navigate through the various tiles Accessibility- can be accessed anywhere there is internet coverage No storage required on mobile devices- As it is not an app it does not take up data on the end users devise Sharing documents- Training certs can be emailed directly from Tabulator to whoever requests them

Cons:

Some staff we reluctant to use it and viewed it as duplicating work, this is not a criticism of Tabulator itself as it would have applied to any new package that would be implemented.

It was clear from the start that the backup service would be excellent, with the providers being relatively local and built up a relationship with us rather than being a stranger behind a desk in a call centre
