Simple, straightforward, lets you focus on the event

I've used a fair number of event apps, several of which are bespoke to the event. I've tended to find them fiddly to deploy, bloated with a poor user experience. What I liked about Just Attend was its simplicity and reliability which allowed me to focus on "just attending".

Easy to install. Simple to navigate and use. Not bloated by event features that no one seems to use e.g. note taking...

Cons:

It did everything it said on the tin and so no negatives to report.

Exceptional Event Experience with Just Attend

Ticket Purchase: The process of buying a ticket was straightforward and hassle-free. The platform's user-friendly interface made it easy to navigate, and I received my confirmation instantly, providing easy access to my ticket and QR code for the event. Event Organization: Just Attend excels in helping organize my schedule. The app allowed me to browse and select the sessions and speakers I was most interested in, ensuring I didn't miss any keynotes or workshops relevant to me with a personalized agenda. Exhibitor Interaction: The platform made it incredibly easy to explore exhibitors. I could view detailed information about each exhibitor, their offerings, and plan my visits to their booths, significantly enriching my experience and making it more engaging and productive. User Experience: The platform is intuitive and visually appealing. Navigating through different sections was smooth, and I appreciated the real-time updates and notifications, keeping me in the loop, especially when start times had to be updated due to a morning fire alarm.

Cons:

Not any cons for me as an attendee, it was informative and easy to use

Pros:

Such a great platform. I've used another conference organiser platform once and it was missing like 90% of the features I needed. Just Attend couldn't be more different. The developers have added everything you can think of and more. And just when you think it's perfect they add more stuff you didn't know you needed but soon can't do without. It's easy to use and everything is where you think it should be.

Cons:

I can't think of anything. Maybe add a mobile app. That said the mobile browser experience is fine

Pros:

My profile and information is saved in the app for all events run via it, I can quickly update our exhibitor information show by show, assign the staff badges to everyone attending and they all have the app on their phones for registration and lead scanning. One-stop-shop and it all works as it should. Lovely stuff.

Cons:

I genuinely don't have anything to add here, just filling up the minimum character requirements.

As an exhibitor - very simple to create web profiles and handle lead generation. As an attendee - equally simply to build a personal agenda, connect with other attendees & exhibitors and get the most from a hectic event like Commsverse.

Cons:

Nothing to report here as the experience was positive.

Just Attend excels in helping organizers manage and run events from all aspects from event management, ease of use for attendees to easily browse sessions, schedule and session planning, speaker management, reporting and analytics. As an organiser I wanted to have everything I needed in one platform and Just Attend gives me everything.

Cons:

There really isn't anything I least like to comment.

Loving Just Attend!

Great app, great interface, very intuitive for users. I have not used it as an organizer yet but that would be interesting to see the "back end" of it!

The quick response, I was let down last minute, the team at Just Attend were able to provide the service I needed, in addition to being able to customise the attendee badges to my requirements. Brilliant service.
