Easy-to-navigate and efficient 10/10

Planivore became my reference for all other apps as far as how high I can raise the bar in terms of efficiency. I rarely recommand something without reserve, but if you need an app to track progress easily and efficiently, I dare say it is the perfect app for that.

Pros:

The ease of use for team collaboration and project management is a game-changer in an organisation like mine. It is an affordable solution for a small/medium-sized team like mine, whose members have varying levels of technical expertise but who need to report on the progress of strategic plans and projects. I like the fact that there is no limit to the amount of content that can be integrated, and the clarity and diversity of the reports. I was also really impressed with the quality of customer support. They answer quickly whenever I have a question and they listen to our needs, coming up with solutions or updates. Many organisations claim to work towards continuous improvement, but few succeed in truly adapting with agility. To my surprise, Planivore has never failed to meet my standards.

Cons:

Nothing; every request for improvement I mentioned has been taken into consideration and updated quickly and they continue to impress me with their UX improvements.

Great tool to see in one place how my strategic plan is progressing !

It's very good ! [sensitive content hidden] responds quickly to my requests when I have a few "bugs" to correct. They are also constatnly improving their product in order to make sure, we get the tool we need. I really like their step-by-step short videos on how to do or modify something.

I like the service. They always respond quickly to my requests. I also like the view _ I can see with a quick look hoe every department is progressing.

Cons:

I do not like the format of the reports it produces. I would like to see a more global view and not a grocery list. They did tell me they would on creating a more comprehensive report.
