Excellent, intuitive document management and governance system

I use MyStaff App on a daily basis. It is very easy to navigate, upload and monitor documents, graphically extremely well laid out, and now over 10,000 staff (as of Sept 2024) at MSE NHS are now using as well on a regular basis, benefitting from both the convenient handheld and web-based versions of the app, all helping to enhance document management and governance.

Ease of use, very accessible content, excellent layout, accessible through both handheld devices and desk top computer. A wonderful document management and governance system.
Cons:
The app development team are constantly working on upgrades to enhance user experience, fine tuning an already excellent product.

Easy and fast access to all documents across a wide range of devices. Simple to upload new documents. Wide range of permissions for users enabling better governance over documents. Ability to add and edit documents directly into the system. System AI which automatically creates overview.

Love the MyStaff App!

The app was easily available through the app store and easy to install on my device. The single sign-on option made it very easy to log into with my NHS credentials and the whole process of finding documents is streamlined. I can even search a single keyword and it brings up all of the relevant documents within that search.
