Powerful PDF editing and great tech support

Overall, I find the software very easy to use with tons of functionality and at a fraction of the cost of Adobe Pro. Even tech support is polite and responsive. Initially, there was an issue in our office environment where printing from the application wasn't working properly but after a couple of emails back and forth, they had a patch for the software that solved the problem very quickly.

Pros:

This software is extremely user-friendly and is very powerful with lots of great tools for creating and editing PDF documents.

Cons:

At the moment I can't think of anything that I don't like. It would be nice if they included "dark mode" as an option as I find the interface very bright on a large screen

EaseUS PDF editor was easier to use and lower cost with pretty much the same features

Reasons for switching to EaseUS PDF Editor

Adobe was moving to a more expensive subscription service and EaseUS PDF editor had both subscription and lifetime purchase options AND much cheaper
