Pros:

I appreciate the ease of use and the ability to manage multiple carriers through a single platform. WeShip Labels has saved me a lot on shipping costs, while WeShip Track helps me keep everything organized and provides real-time updates for my shipments. The integration with major carriers is seamless, making the entire shipping process more efficient.

Cons:

While I found it very easy to set up and use, my operational team is not so tech-savvy. An in-depth tutorial or more comprehensive onboarding resources would have been great to help them self-capacitate and get up to speed quickly.

Reasons for switching to WeShip

I switched from AfterShip to WeShip because WeShip provides a more complete analytics dashboard and helps integrate local carriers seamlessly. One of my favorite features is how WeShip automatically identifies zones within the country, allowing me to create more informed and detailed reports. This, combined with its Shopify integration, made WeShip the better choice for my business.
