Pros:

Ease of use and reporting saves time and it gives you the ability to create our own reports. The lease management and uploading of new lease is simple and easy.

Cons:

Termination of leases prior to their end date is challenging to correct on the system and I most of the time require to talk to [sensitive content hidden] with him further assisting me.
