Easy to use easy to implement easy to integrate - That's why they call it EasyPick

Overall I have to say the experience with their team from start to finish has been great along with the ongoing support and clients that continue to renew and refresh hardware.

Pros:

EasyPick has been a great addition to our portfolio of solutions to offer a clients. The versatility of the workflows and the easy use for the end users to learn app and get up and running has been an amazing experience. Lastly the integration has been the best most the time that stalls projects but we've seen that the way they've been able to integrate into existing ERPs in WMS have made it easy to implement

Cons:

I can't say that there's not much to like about their solution. I'm just excited to see how they continue to develop the application around their customer needs.

Excellent Product and an Engaged Business Partner

We engaged Inyxa because we were looking streamline our order pick, pack and ship process and needed help with inventory optimization within our 3 distribution facilities. Their expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite and supply chain solutions was very apparent right from the beginning. From our initial workshop to implementation, they have been there every step of the way, listening to our needs and guiding us to a viable solution based on industry standards and best practices. The entire Inyxa team has been a wonderful partner. As we continue to make enhancements to the original design, we foresee the support from Inyxa as continuing to be exceptional.

Pros:

Simple implementation and ease of use are the top factors. Inyxa showed a great knowledge and understanding of our Oracle processes and did an excellent job managing the project and issue mitigation, while providing technical support related to our implementation.

Cons:

We have uncovered many issues within our existing processes. A suggestion to Inyxa would be to provide fair warning that their product will bring those issues to light in very short order. That being said, Inyxa has helped us identify where we may have fallen short in some of our internal SOP's.

Inyxa EasyPick has been a cost-effective, easy to use solution for our picking, scanning, and shipping needs. The Inyxa team has been very helpful and responsive to enhancement requests, tickets, and more. We look forward to implementing more EasyPick functionality as we scale the solution.

EasyPick is quick to set up and integrate with our cloud ERP system. The system is user friendly, quick and accurate, and provides a lot of out of the box functionality.

Cons:

More robust logging for auditing, error review, etc.
