overall i'm satsified with Drivewyze / best pass and would recommend it for ease of use. Drivers seem to like it.

Its is easy for a drivers to use. they understand it and the app seems to run smooth. Cost is reasonable.
Cons:
I wish someone would do reporting for us on who is not using the app or not logging in or what trucks probably don't need to be enrolled.

They have great customer support. We are set up with an amazing Customer Success Manager who goes over our account in detail and helps us understand the information and even directs us on how we can save more on toll. They also provide a live chat if you need help with something quickly
Cons:
Sometimes the account runs slow, it could be on our end, but I did notice progress when they upgraded the layout of the website recently. Also, I think the reporting can get a little confusing but that I think that's just because there's a lot of information; but with having good customer support, it's easy to get the answers I'm looking for if I'm having trouble.

The Ability to pay plate-pay notices via the portal makes he time I have to spend dealing with plate pay notices minimal.

Pros:
What I appreciate most about Bestpass is how it simplifies toll management for our fleet. With everything centralized in one intuitive portal, making it easy to track tolls by vehicle, location, or date. The single monthly statement and on-demand reporting with advanced analytics save us hours of manual work and give us clear visibility into our toll spend. Also, really like that Bestpass offers 100% major toll road coverage, including toll-by-plate backup, which ensures we’re covered even outside our primary regions.
Cons:
While Bestpass is excellent overall, I’d love to see improvements in the process for ordering multiple toll devices through the portal. Right now, it feels a bit manual and time-consuming. A more streamlined, bulk-ordering feature on portal with better tracking and customization options would make a big difference for fleet coordinators managing large volume orders.

First, our rep, [sensitive content hidden], is the reason this program is so successful and is so expertly run. She is a true asset to your organization, and should be recognized for always going above and beyond for us. I am sure she is like that with all of her accounts. [sensitive content hidden] is knowledgeable, professional, and a sincere pleasure to deal with. We would be lost without her. I have been in this field a VERY long time, and I can literally count on two hands after all this time the vendors who make a difference, who provide excellent customer service, who truly care about their accounts, and again, go above and beyond. [sensitive content hidden] is number 8. And that speaks volumes. Please extend to her our thanks for always doing such a wonderful job for us. She is dedicated, loyal, and respected beyond measure. The product is helping us manage our fleet, saves us time, and is just a godsend. We couldn't be happier with the whole program.
Cons:
Honestly, there is are no negatives! I seriously cannot think of one single aspect to report for this questions.

Overall, we consider Bestpass a valuable business partner when it comes to keeping track of our trucks and transponders. Being able to download a list of transponders into an excel and compare it with our system is extremely helpful in keeping everything up to date.

Pros:
The Bestpass website is very user friendly and convenient. We make a lot of tractor reassignments and it is quick and easy to make these changes with the software. The Bestpass staff is always friendly and helpful when we have questions.
Cons:
The only complaint we would have is with the software upgrade makes it that we now have to scroll over to the right to get to the edit button.

our drivers love it and as for the website usage it is very easy to use and I can pull my own reports and make changes myself very easily and all the reports are very informative and their customer service is great to work with and very quick at answering questions

Excellent customer service provided by our Customer Success Manager, [sensitive content hidden] Our inquires and need for assistance is always addressed with accuracy and a sense of urgency. The Bestpass portal is easy to use and it's very beneficial to have control of certain elements like re-assigning and renaming transponders.
Cons:
We have a few transponders that are properly installed and working however, we occasionally receive toll citations for those very transponders. We end up having to pay these fines.

The Best Pass site is very user friendly. Pulling reports is very easy as well and we like that we can add/remove vehicles ourselves without a lot of emails going back and forth!
Cons:
I would have to say the only thing that we feel that could be improved upon are the transponders themselves. All of the transponders are huge. In addition, because they are huge and we have so many facilities, we have to pay a substantial amount in UPS fees to get them where they need to go. We would love either a sticker-type transponder or to go with an App-based toll system tied in to our ELDs.
