Pitch

We use this to prepare our CMA and proposals to vendors. We also have adapted to provide our vendors with a "What's next" calendar of events, "Preparing for sale" which details how to prepare for live mode vs sale mode and prepare for photos etc.

The product is easy to use, and is visually exciting. Sellers love it, and we love using it.

Cons:

Sometimes the data doesn't come through even though the address is not a new address.. we are rural/regional area

Reasons for switching to Realtair

This product looks so much better for the end user, plus we can send the proposals etc digitally and we can customise the supporting documents we send.

The SMS tool makes the system advantageous, sending unlimited proposals or prospecting links to clients. Integrating the snapshot buyer and stock numbers is also a great feature.

Cons:

Being able to defer notifications to a different agent would be more useful. It would also be great to have a real time log/list of each opening and clicks.

Realtair works well, provides instant market reports that are easy to put together, good proposals and a signing system that functions well

Cons:

it can be a bit clunky making sure the template fits with what you are using. Can take effort to upload a new template

Pros:

I love the ease of use that we can use Realtair with our auction properties. Digital registrations has sped up the process and everything is done on a tablet or a phone. The benefit of this is that reports are generated which outlines our campaigns for prospective clients

Cons:

I really like the price update function on realtair and one issue i had but has now been resolved is that when you send price updates, you now get a reminder to send another update in 3 or 6 months time.
