I needed help to integrate with a newsletter platform new to them, and the team was very responsive and straight to the point. After some tests and troubleshooting, we landed on a brand new integration for them that solved my problem.

Cons:

Pricing could be more flexible. The tiers had a decent jump in price, while the starter is pretty much a no-go option. A freemium tier would be interesting.
