LogMeIn 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

I like log me in as it allows me to remotely check on our Pharmacy Workflow remotely. As a pharmacy owner, I am mostly out of the office and having a remote access to our pharmacy systems helps a lot.

Sometimes, it has some lags and it can take a long time to work.

Limited features on the free plan: The free version of LogMeIn has limited features and may not be suitable for users with advanced needs.Possible connectivity issues: In some rare cases, users may experience connectivity issues or other technical problems when using LogMeIn, which could impact its overall effectiveness.

It works as a remote access product. That's the only thing I can say good about the product.

The cost alone should drive you away from this product. Use RemotePC, Google Remote Desktop or one of the many other products out there. They don't charge you an arm and a leg for something as basic as remote access. LogMeIn's pricing model is predatory and unfair to say the least.

Ease of use and features. Ability to share.

Price skyrocketed after we first began to use.

It was a great tool to manage clients computer and network.

Support was not US based like Splashtop and prices increased over the years until it made no sense. Also only 3 endpoint controls and limited change ups

All of the features that I used with LogMeIn worked very well. Logging in remotely worked flawlessly.

After shopping around I realized that the cost of LogMeIn was quite expensive.

The dashboard that shows all installed and active devices, and just a click to jump to the device.

The only issue is the bugginess of the way using administrative permissions, UAC delay and sometimes out right not being visible.

Works great fore remote control and pushing updates to servers.

Price is quite expensive compared to other products. The connection to the servers can be quite slow at times where other products seem to connect much quicker.

I liked the easy of use and friendly UI.

I did not enjoyed the lack of many options when compared against its competitors.

The implementation was seamless. Customer service and support was very attentive throughout the entire process.

LogMeIn integrates into our helpdesk system which is a huge plus. Because of this, there isn't anything that it's missing for our needs.
