Easy to use

Overall, FERA has been useful for my brand. It was easy to integrate and set up. It’s a simple software and does the job of collecting customer reviews.

Pros:

It’s cheap compared to competitors, great responsive customer service, and easy to set up. The user experience is easy too.

Cons:

The only thing that was a bit frustrating previously was the lack of integrations for Shopify sites.

Reasons for switching to Fera

Okendo is pricey and complex to set up. They have a strict agreement too.

I had some technical issues at first, but customer service was quick and efficient with helping me resolve the issues.

Reasons for switching to Fera

I had to use code to connect Powr to my website and I did not have the option to put reviews geared to a specific product under the product only. I had to put the reviews under all the products which I am sure was not as aesthetically pleasing to my customers.

Works Well In Some Ways, Limiting In Others

It's mixed. The functionality is too limited as expressed, but usually the customer support is good.

Pros:

It's quick and simple. User interface is clean and doesn't take up too much time. Value is pretty good. Customer support has been great.

Cons:

The placement of the reviews widget on the page can be finicky and often times have to contact support. There is no clean way to fix reviews without upsetting a customer. Not enough ability to filter out clearly negative for the sake of negative reviews. If a customer gives you one star on a product because it's not windproof, but the product doesn't claim to be windproof and is not designed to be, your only option is to reject the review and the customer gets a notification saying you did so. You should be able to reject without notice. You should be able to delete a bad review, not because you're trying to hide something, but because a customer has bad intent. Also, why trash your star rating because an uniformed customer who you've informed is being obstinate. Need major reform here. Also, reviews should not default to being auto approved, they should be set to manual unless otherwise set. You should also be able to export your own reviews yourself, not have to email or message someone to do it for you.

Give FERA a try, you won't be disappointed.

Great company, as I can monitor my responses properly. Not many good reviews companies out there, so this one would be wise to chose from.

Customer Service is ready and responds quick for set up. They place the reviews anywhere on the website, so cool a feature. They can customize colors to your website colors. Lots of options as to how to carousel the reviews. Product reviews customization, even add your own images to the pages.

Cons:

A little complicated for set up and customization but customer service is always there right away for chat and help desk.

Fantastic review widget - recommend for small business owners!

Fantastic, customer service is great and I have been using the service for years. would recommend for a streamlined review widget for online stores.

Its been a great review platform and enabled me to successfully run my small business with Fera integrated into my Wix set up.

Cons:

It doesn't show on my Wix site when editing it - only a large white space. Then once published it appears on the live site. That would be my only issue with it. Also It would be great to make it more personalisable with company colour themes and fonts etc. Plus having it keep log me out when I'm on my phone and laptop using the dashboard - that needs to change.

Wonderful Platform - Great Addition to My Website

Fera produces positive results

Ive been very happy with Fera from easy integration, prior approval for reviews being posted along with email reminders offering financial reward for reviews for repeat customers and use of marketing to potential customers.
