Very easy to use and simple yet powerful tool. When I first came here. This app grabs customer attention fastly with its easy-to-use tool. I use this mostly to send messages and receive feedback from my clients. This tool makes this process very easy. This gives me clients satisfaction too. I recommend it to all who are looking combination of ORM and CMX.

Everything is good. nothing bad in my opinion. Very easy to use interface. It can add more features to this.

Pros:

I have been using this product for my edtech startup for an year. We use to send messages in to collect feedback after each classes. Rectangled made easy the entire process. It allowed me to create customer best questioners , it also it made us to collect reviews on different platforms

Cons:

Not found much like that. But I think adding platform like Yelp also help

I have seen this effective feedback platform in one of the coffee shop I visited recently, its very simple and easy to give-out our opinion in emoji’s & star’s which took me less than a minute to complete and best past is I got the response to my feedback directly from the store manger ensuring to do the needful and thanking me in putting it up, I wish all other relevant stores to use this platform for better communication.
