We like Review Tool's ease of use and the fact that it not only helps us get more reviews from our customers but makes the process of getting reviews fun and easy. Also, the support is excellent. There is always a live chat available right from the dashboard, using which you can talk to a real person to ask your questions 24/7. Also, compared to other providers, Review Tool gives the same features at a lot lower cost.

Cons:
