Pros:

Snoball allows all our sales team to get referrals and reviews effortlessly! The process was extremely easy to set up and it's completely automated. This should be a core pillar of ANY business regardless of size or scope!!!

Cons:

It's very hard to find anything we don't like about Snoball. Everyone in the entire organization is top rate. We just wish we knew about it sooner.

it's been great. aside from limitations of the platform (which [sensitive content hidden] has been able to help with in terms of pulling data), i've really loved it.
