I would definitely recommend Pro-inspector

Good and reduces manual work. The usability is nice and they provide on time support. Recommended product for quality audit, safety audit and suits all type of use case

We can customise workflow levels and checklist as per our business. There is an option to customise our reports. Proper assistance through overall onboarding and training.

Cons:

Initial set up complexity while training employees. Everything else is good.

Pros:

Dashboard and reporting were customized as per our requirement. Even the changes from our original requirements were purused positively by the shlok team. Mobile version is simple and easy to use even for the beginners.

Cons:

The task report sentence alignment need to be revisited. The extra space / Tab / page down features not taken into consideration during reporting. This requires attention as it greatly impact the aesthetic value of the auto generated report.

Pro-Inspector helps to reduce follow-up work to close NC's and Tasks. Mobile app helps to capture deviations immediately with photos which reduces manual work.

# Customization of checklist is helpful to update questions whenever required which reduce the dependency of Shloklabs every time. # As per the information No data crash happened until now.

Cons:

# Software is very slow when working in admin login. # Dash board can be made more meaningful and covering all stages status # Option to share dashboard through mail can be provided # In Document module more options shall be provided like restrictions to save, print or copy. # Can be made more user friendly.

This application with an associated mobility system, allowed to reduce costs associated with consumables, working time and increase the capacity and speed of response in all our inspection processes. It also made it possible to integrate the billing system, increasing the autonomy of the technician throughout the process. Over the years, the company has followed the evolution of the business and met the requirements of the inspection business. It has been very important to maintain a relationship of trust with this partner.

It is a product that has brought us countless benefits and we have nothing relevant to add.
