Pros:

After using the software for many years, what strikes me the most is not only the forecasting and insights it provides for everyday KPI, but instead showing a trend or insights on items you weren't looking for! The correlations we have found for our business model have allowed us to accelerate our growth and outperform our budgets from year one! Truly the best business software we have come across.

Cons:

We did not come across any cons with the software. Unfortunately, we realized through the use of LightZ all the cons with our previous decision matrix!

Great for seeing beyond the spreadsheets...

With LightZ, we are solving the problem of having only surface level historical data to report on to being able to deep dive into what is really going on at various levels of our business.

Pros:

Before LightZ, we could see data on spreadsheets. However, we were handicapped, because we could not see behind the numbers. Now, with LightZ, we are able to quickly and easily see trends and graphical versions of our data without the manual process of trying to create that ourselves in Excel. Additionally, the benefit of having the system's AI perform predictive analysis on the data allows us to have insights not available to us in the past.

Cons:

There is no real con with the software itself. Only con has been a user issue - making time not only to set-up LigthZ, but going to the next step of making LightZ a regular part of monthly processes. In retrospect, I wish I had committed the time sooner, because it was really much simpler than I anticpated at the start. The training videos along with great support from LightZ staff have made the process relatively easy.
