    Simply put, it's one of the best additions we've made. Salesdash CRM was tailored directly for companies like us in transportation/logistics and that's something we weren't sure we'd find, but even more than that the team over there is incredible to work with. Similar to what you want in a shipper/carrier relationship - they treat this as a partnership and we couldn't be more grateful.

    Pros:
    It's tailored directly to our needs as a non-asset freight brokerage for our sales team, and been a huge improvement to increasing our leads, improving follow-ups, and tracking our calls/emails and overall team activity along with growing existing accounts and activating new customers. It's ramped up the competitive nature of our team due to the visibility of team activity and the different reports we can customize, and the whole platform is very easy to use.
    Cons:
    If I had to go pull one thing, it would be the difference in signatures/emails sent from Salesdash directly vs. Outlook. But that's also likely due to the font/appearance I'm just used too.

    Reasons for switching to Salesdash CRM

    We wanted to find a CRM that would allow us to take better notes, track new leads, and improve customer activation and growing current business. The depth Salesdash provides has allowed us to do just that.

    Seamless Interface with Maximum Production

    My overall experience is similar to switching phones. It doesn't deviate too far from what you're use to yet has effortless links to to maximize production

    Salesdash CRM lives up to it's name with seamless use to maximize production. Adding contacts is a breeze. Pipeline viewing is pretty straightforward. I really enjoy using this fruitful platform for my business.

    Salesdash is a game changer for productivity!

    As a solar consultant, I have to keep track of leads, referrals, and clients in varies stages of a 14 week sales process. Before using SalesDash, keeping track of all these aspects was stressful, overwhelming and inefficient. Now I am able to customize my pipeline so it follows my exact sales process. With task management, I know exactly my next step for every client and I am able to be proactive with my outreach. This makes my life easier and provides a better client experience. SalesDash ensures that I don’t drop the ball in communication and maximizes the value of each lead.

    The customization of SalesDash has been so important to my business. I was able to adjust my pipeline to follow my exact sales process. The ability to assign tasks and have it show up on my dashboard allows me to know exactly what needs to be done each day.
    Cons:
    I don’t believe SalesDash has any missing features that I would need to be successful. However, in the time I’ve been using SalesDash, they have updated it with even more features that I didn’t even realize I wanted. Document storage and email integration was not something I knew I wanted but these additional features have made my life even easier.
