VectorVMS is innovative, the configuration is simple, the support team has a genuine interest in helping create the client solution, and they offer MSP shared services!

Seriously, can't think of any cons. The system is intuitive - the UI workflow is logical.

Superb customer service and communication. Family friendly feel. Insights and data that drive business decisions. Overall, I'm just as pleased now as I was 5 years ago. Their employees must love it also because I've dealt with the same, OUTSTANDING representatives the entire time!

Pros:

It works well with large teams. It has great uptime. It can work with multiple teams in multiple organizations. It has lots of functions for each time entry.

Cons:

Login breaks because the organizational coffee is treated like a password, making the login break browser and LastPass password saving. They are also completely unable to resent an account lockout or password reset via their support. They will just forward to the admin of the organization account. Time entry is not really tab-able for quick entry. Site has incredibly simplistic and dated design that is not used friendly.

Reasons for switching to VectorVMS

Conrep design wasn't optimal, but the switch was a downgrade and regretted.
