About Vendor360

Vendor360 is a risk management solution designed to help businesses manage vendor selection, evaluation and onboarding processes. The application allows administrators to analyze vendors through pre-defined or custom-built questionnaires, map questions in compliance with regulatory guidelines including COBIT and PCI and configure one-time or recurring schedules for gaining responses from vendors.

Businesses can use the rules engine and an in-built content repository to automate workflows for document assignment, approval, response evaluation and more. Administrators can organize and analyze vendors in multiple dimensions across engagement, product, and service levels and segment them into risk tiers for improved control and visibility. Other features of Vendor360 are automated risk assessments, scoring, issue management, analytics, cross-vendor comparisons, and more.

Vendor360 offers pre-built connectors and an open application programming interface, which allow businesses to exchange information across systems. Support is extended via FAQs, knowledge base and other online measures.

    Overall, I am absolutely satisfied! The auto-score feature has been the most helpful so far. It streamlines our reviews and the process of reviewing the DDQs allows us to ask the vendor for clarification on specific questions. Our Vendors also have been able to navigate the use with ease which also helps tremendously.

    This is very user-friendly. Easy to train others to use, and the ability to customize different areas plus assigning specific sections or questions of DDQ reviews either internally or externally is awesome!
    Cons:
    So far I haven't come across anything I would categorize as a dislike. the price was a bit more expensive than others, however, the number of features and capabilities are worth it.
