Great product to get vendor management organized!

We took excel spreadsheets, emails, post it notes, file folders and converted it to a digital platform in a user friendly setting!

Pros:
Our previous methods of vendor management were personal relationships through multiple levels of staff, without documentation or centralized information. This software allowed us to collect, report and document with ease. The integration was easy. User friendly portal. Great customer service.
Cons:
Learning our way around the software's quirks has take a little bit of time. Less is more when searching, no ability to edit contact information without an email to our customer service rep and navigating documentation uploads were the only things we struggled with to find our footing.
