Great product for transport companies

Connote has helped our business keep record of all our transport movement, pick ups and POD's. Has minimised a large amount of manual paperwork and saved a significant amount of time for all departments.

Pros:

Simple layout, Ease of use, Good support, Willingness to modify and change the product with your ideas and needs.

Cons:

Originally no written instructions digital or printed. But customer support was always willing to help with any questions.

Reasons for choosing ConNote

Had used ConNote at another transport company for 8 years and it had worked well with the business whilst the business grew and more than doubled in size.

ConNote was a great investment for Vintage

Con note has been very beneficial as its helped us capture those lost costs we were missing out on recouping. Its helped us manage what drivers are doing and not doing. It covers off all aspects of the job for them, accurate information to complete the job as well as a one stop shop for them to complete most of their necessary compliance checks. This then flows through to accurate invoicing, capturing all costs associated with the job and ensuring no jobs get missed.

Pros:

Con note is so simple and easy to use. So great to finally have one document which covers all necessary information for our drivers, and allows us to ensure we don't miss anything for invoicing jobs.

Cons:

We don't use the system to its full capability yet, in terms of invoicing and quoting etc. Simply because we dont need it at this stage with the size of our business, but it works well for what we need it for. We just needed something to ensure all jobs were captured and accurate.

Reasons for switching to ConNote

We were concerned too many things were getting missed or not capturing enough information, due to lack of attention to detail and too many people having access to completing adequately. Changing to a system allowed operations and accounts to have control around what information was entered and captured every job. Giving us satisfaction that every job was being covered and actioned with an invoice.

Great product for small Business!

Easy to Use & Simple for a small Transport Business

Cons:

The search options - there is not many things to find a connote by if the connote number is not known.

Pros:

The conversions between quote to pickup to connote is virtually seemless. All 3 of these screens are setup in the same way so it easy for everyone to use all the features. Generating reports is simple and easy.

Cons:

The inability to calculate combined weights in the consignment entry section

Pros:

I like many features of this software. I mainly focus on the Importing/Invoicing, Consignment and Quoting feature daily. Works quickly and very user friendly.

Cons:

At this stage i am unable to list anything i dislike. Anything that needs to be tweaked or updated gets done very quickly so no complaints.

Pros:

ease of use and roll-out and customer details all in one document

Cons:

would be nice to do multiple con notes with consignments being created instead of constantly duplicating, we have the same customer with many of the same deliveries and pick ups this would save time if you could put in 20 consignments

Pros:

The duplicate option for con notes is really handy and is used daily, keeps all the major information in tact and then allowing you to change PO, weights that sorta thing. The ability to custom design what you need as a business is brilliant.

Cons:

Need a video / power point presentation on how to use all the features, I personally find basic paper manuals hard to use
