Sharebee is an Employee Advocacy program management platform that helps companies engage their employees to become brand ambassadors.

What will you gain by working with us?
Sharebee also provides tools to create content for employees' private profiles. With a built-in content library, employees can share company-approved content on their social media profiles.

Thanks to the Sharebee platform, you can see your company's entire program from a bird's eye view. Check what reach is generated by the entire company, a specific department or even a single person, and in what time. Fully interactive data sets allow for a detailed look at which content is the best, which ambassadors are the most active and which ambassadors are the most effective.

The gamification algorithm calculates points and automatically builds rankings depending on the activity and effectiveness of ambassadors. This strengthens commitment and allows you to objectively reward the best ambassadors, which has a very positive impact on the effects of the program.

The bee gives life

Sharebee is a group of fantastic people. Looking at them you can see that they make a fantastic team. They infect you with their optimism, their energy. They are exceptional bees :) Their uniqueness is also: - vast knowledge - diligence - ability to share skills. If anyone hesitates to take up Sharebee's offer - don't waste your time. It is WORTH working with them.

Couldn't be more happy with the service! 10/10

Overall, I’d give my experience a 10/10! The support is fantastic, the people are friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of learning opportunities. Plus, the technical team is always on hand whenever you need assistance.

Pros:

The customer care is top-notch! The Sharebee team is incredibly supportive and always quick to assist with any questions or issues. They make everything feel easy and make sure you’re well taken care of.

Cons:

The platform’s design. While it’s definitely user-friendly, the overall look doesn’t quite match my personal style. It works well, but it’s not visually appealing to me.

Sharebee is very easy to use platform. It would be nice if I could publish posts from Sharebee on my FB or X.

Cons:

I don't remember such things. Every problem was solved very quickly.

I recommend the sharebee system because it will make your life easier

This is the first time I have had the opportunity to use the Sharebee system and it is a hit. The system is very intuitive, transparent. Everything I need to publish posts on Linkedin is at my fingertips. I am very happy to be able to use the system, because it makes my work easier.

The Sharebee team is extremely helpful and creative, always ready to support. Sharebee provides advanced analytical tools that allow us to monitor the reach and reactions to our posts. The best partner for the Employee Advocacy

Sharebee is an agency that is very good to work with. They are committed to the project, know the status of the project at every steps, and they can solve problems by approaching them out of the box. Even if the problem is "unsolvable" they are able to propose an alternative solution!

Sharbee has a platform that makes launching an Employee Advocacy program simply easier. All the most important parameters for me as a program supervisor or for the participants are available in one place. In addition, the agency is a business partner you can always count on, they improve their tool, listen to the comments from the client and make suggested changes. Sharebee is an ideal partner for Employee Advocacy programs.

Cons:

There is no such thing. Sharebee is an agency which I can say only good things :)

My experience with Sharebee

My overall experience with Sharebee has been excellent. They offer a lot of insightful and engaging webinars, packed with valuable content. Their knowledge of employer advocacy is impressive, and they consistently provide support and maintain great communication. The platform itself is well-designed and makes it easy to manage LinkedIn activity (and more). I highly recommend working with them!

I really like how Sharebee makes it super easy to publish posts on LinkedIn – it's a real time-saver. The ongoing support from the team at Sharebee is awesome too; they're always ready to help out when needed. Plus, I love how they actively share knowledge and insights along the way, making the whole experience even more valuable.

Cons:

Honestly, there aren't really any downsides to Sharebee for me. Everything works smoothly, and the support is great, so I can't point out any flaws.

Very professional customer care. Innovative ideas and the thrive to constantly upgrade and enhance their sevices. Online/offline regular meetings, also with other clients. Great atmosphere of cooperation.

Data - reach and AVE of the posts in one place.

Cons:

Lack of possibility to rewrite posts after comments from users Lack of ability to tag profiles that are on Linkedin (you can only tag ambassadors in the program or a company that is in the program), this generates the additional task of editing an already finished post on Linkedin / *this is generally a privacy issue so the question is whether this can be resolved somehow in the future :)
