Once the customer has explained their problem, the Assistant summarizes key points and forwards these to the agent along with concrete solution suggestions based on best practices. Capturi is a great tool! It does not replace the fact that a manager has to actually coach and train employees, but it makes it easier to do so - if used properly. Capturi Customer Success knows this and they are great at guiding you through the platform and how to use it. In general, the time they spend on each customer is simply amazing and a big part of our success with the platform.
