We have been a customer of Jersey Watch for over 5 years. Jersey Watch always exceeds our expectations with their phenomenal customer service! Every time we've had a question—whether about setting up registration, customizing our website, or streamlining communication—the Jersey Watch team has responded with lightning speed and genuine care. They don’t just answer questions; they solve problems and make you feel like a priority. It’s rare to find a company that combines tech savvy with such a personal touch.

Cons:

There have only been a few minor technical changes over the years that I personally don’t prefer, but they haven’t impacted the overall experience in any meaningful way.

Super helpful service for team management!

It was awesome! It gave me just what I was looking for - the ability to easily share information to all families with the fewest tech barriers.

It allowed me to deliver messages directly to text and email for all parents without anyone having to download an app!

Cons:

Something happened at some point where my phone, which I primarily use, started to not trust the links. It kept sending me to an error page and I could only use the site on a computer browser. Not sure what that was about. Otherwise awesome!

Reasons for choosing Jersey Watch

The other tools required parents to download products. In my experience you get 1/2 the team on and the rest aren’t and you end up needing to use 4 different types of communication. It’s a nightmare. This allowed for it to be completely managed by me. I didn’t have to ask anything of parents. One stop communication portal. Dreamy!

Best Ever

These guys were so helpful when we signed up one organization that when I ended up volunteering for another organization, I made sure we used them again. They are there when we need them and anytime I had a question, they understood and got us where we needed to be. Both organizations I am a part of still use them and hopefully will continue to do so long after I'm gone.

Jersey Watch is Great!

Overall I LOVED Jersey Watch. Their system is straight forward, their staff are always friendly and helpful, and they have all the basics that a business needs. I am now looking for more specific things than they off. They sent me an email upon cancelling to confirm with me and they were so kind and wished me nothing but positivity on my journey with my business.

I am honestly so sad to leave Jersey Watch. Everyone was always so helpful and kind. They responded fast when I need help, and so much more. Their system is very user friendly and easy to understand. Information is straight forward and easy to understand. They offer everything you would need for the basics. I unfortunately just outgrew their system, as I needed more than they could currently offer. Thank you Jersey Watch for your time and commitment to helping me jumpstart this new journey for my club.

Cons:

They did not have athlete/parent account options so you couldn't send invoices and had to have each parent register for every different thing you needed to collect payments for. This would not be an issue normally, but I just wanted to try a different system to see if I liked this better based on what they offer for how much my club grew this year. I do wish I was able to use more creativity in the process of the website designing process. They did not give me any options in personalizing my website.

The Best Sports Management Platform

Pros:

The customer support has been outstanding in helping us migrate from a different platform. On top of saving money, their platform is much, much more user friendly both for admins and end-users.

Cons:

The lowest tier does not have a large enough allowance of emails / sms messages. 500 messages per month goes pretty quickly. We reached out to customer support and they were very helpful providing multiple options to address our concerns and meet our needs.

The responsivenss and the team that worked with me. They fixed my website and helped me grow my business in my first year.

Cons:

The fees per kid are a little excessive. I think you could probably get away with about half and still make a pretty good rake.

The Ease of use of prgram as well as the staff easy to work with.

Cons:

ability to edit registration and then admin notified parent completed it. ability to split rosters/ teams / grades on messaging and giving a specific coach/ team mom access to thier specific team. Do one call access so I can drop my one call subscription. Ability to take ACH as payment.

Intuitive site features, affordable. Great customer service-they are responsive, helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons:

I wish the message feature worked like Microsoft Word or Google Docs. The background is difficult to work with.
