Great solution for small and midsize CPA firms

Pros:

Amazing product support team. If my clients or I had any issues, the Elephant CPA team would resolve same day, very responsive. The navigation is intuitive and improvements are being added based on user feedback.

Cons:

Features such as e-sign were difficult to use this past tax season, but the Elephant CPA team is working to refine for next year.

Pros:

The ease of using the software along with all the features available make the software an attractive option for my business.

Cons:

I believe all features available worked well but any software created will require improvements and efficiency upgrades. None at the time of writing this come to mind.

Easy to use, great User interface, uncomplicated.

Cons:

We didn't need the invoicing integration, would be good to turn it off.

The dashboard is easy to view and navigate. Saves me time and keeps me informed.

Cons:

I would like to see premade task templates.
