I like how easy it is to use, it is very intuitive, both on the client side and on our side. It works well and does not seem to be very glitchy. The clients have liked it so far as well. It looks nice and clean when the client is viewing a return.

They do tell you to be very careful at watching the summary page with returns. When you upload a return, the program gives the client a summary that it pulls from the return. This has been wrong a handful of times and has told clients they were getting refunds when they actually owe, etc. I wish this was a feature they could fix, but when I contacted support, they said it happens and you have to watch it carefully. They also have you "group" returns with clients that have multiple returns, but I wish they let you make a return a group after you already sent the initial return, which they do not. So for example, if an individual came to have you do their return and you sent it out to them and they later asked you to do a business you weren't planning on, you would not be able to add the business return to the same portal, it would have to be its own account with two separate links which is kind of a hassle for clients. You can add them to the same portal with one link if you know ahead of time and make it a group return initially.
