About Toogo
Toogo is a cloud-based tour operator software designed to help travel agencies create new products, market them online via websites and manage bookings. The key functionalities include a trip builder, sales management, logistics management and financial reporting.
Businesses can access Toogo on a web browser and build new travel packages by adding details such as itinerary, hotel accommodations and so on. The tool also helps users manage sales activities such as reviewing quotations, tracking prospects and so on.
Once a trip is confirmed, travel agencies can book the trip by sending customer details to suppliers. Likewise, the tool helps businesses to send travel information, vouchers, invoices and other details to customers and track the payments, as well.
Businesses can also view reports of all financial transactions and access the admin console to build databases of their products, the suppliers they are working with and so on. Additionally, the solution allows business to create and manage websites to market their products.

We are a DMC in Costa Rica, offering travels in Panama and Nicaragua too and I'm using toogo since 2012 and it's awesome! It's easy to build trip, really nice result for quotations, and super useful for financial and logistic works. I've seen the evolution of the software during all those years, and the team support works really well. It's sometimes long to have a new function, but less than for other soft and the result is always nice!
