Diversified Billing can be customized based on business requirements. The platform automatically creates a rolling master calendar with every task to manage the entire billing cycle from meter reading to shutoff notices. It can be utilized to train staff members and help them set up billing and other processes. It also provides a manager’s dashboard with a real-time status funnel for every task, allowing supervisors to easily monitor operations across the organization.
Diversified Billing can be integrated with multiple solutions including Diversified Mobile Work Orders and Diversified Fund Accounting.

A few years back we switched from another billing software to Diversified and it has been a very good change. Processed do not take as long. The old software was much more complicated. I am thankful that I never had to train anyone else on how to use it. Customers seem to understand their bills much better and if there is an issue we can usually get help very quickly. All in all I am very happy with Diversified.

The help system is organized in exactly the same way as menu structure. So just look for the menu item on which you need a refresher.
