    The ease of setting up the platform with the help of EventEngage's team was very smooth and they were very accommodating to the evolving needs of our clients.
    Cons:
    They already have so many features, and it is hard to find something that I dislike

    Experience as an event organsier

    Attendee experiences can be customised, sponsors can update their own information, email blasts can be inbuilt and set on a schedule - all these features and more which are lifesavers for anyone doing events.

    Organizing virtual events for different clients have been made possible with organizer dashboard access. The highlight is on how customizable it is within the different functionalities of the event platform.
    Cons:
    Will be awesome to get access and make changes in colour and layout for the purpose of preparing for Sales presentation to clients.

    Excellent for tradeshows

    - Covered everything for me from registration to post-event and is backed by a team that is willing to go the extra mile. - I've had multiple great experiences, having attended and hosted a few events on EventEngage - Whatever they lacked in outright automation, they made up for it with excellent customer service - We had a fairly large event with a large number of attendees & exhibitors. Our event went fine without any security or load issues.

    - Very cost effective at the end of the day. There was no hidden cost or nickel & dime pricing - Their event feeds function was a great engagement driver - We had a diverse audience on multiple devices & languages -worked seamlessly for everyone - Comprehensive set of features that don't break in a live event
    Cons:
    - Their theme gallery is currently limited. I wish they had more themes for me to pick from. - They do not offer a free trial - they are mobile responsive but do not have a mobile app

    It is very user-friendly, reliable and we had a very smooth execution of the live streaming. Post event with the VOD's were also very smooth.
    Cons:
    Would be great if the analytics could expand to show graphs and charts so that we can see how the different components within the app is fairing.
