UENI helps small businesses create an online presence. How? We design a website for the business, create the content for that website and implement all the necessary functionality that they need to succeed. We help them get online the right way, and we make it as easy as possible. We’re based in London, but we help businesses from India to Brazil to the United States and the UK.

I hate working on websites and always staying busy with actual with, UENI made it easy and reasonably priced to have a nice basic website that's easily editable and functional.

Cons:

So far UENI has been great. The delivery call went great and all the staff I've dealt with so far have been fantastic.

Overall, I'm completely satisfied with the website, the customer service, the ease of using the website and how fast it was completed. I couldn't be happier with my decision to leave GoDaddy.

Everything from start to finish was completed with.easr and professionalism. From submitting my initial pay, to onboarding, to updating and finalizing my own email address! A1 all the way.

Cons:

I only had two issues. One was uploading my blog info and the second issue was getting the shipping charges corrected. But, UENI took care of everything that I couldn't figure out.

Overall cost and customer service. I felt that it was much better at ueni.

Beware Small Businesses

The price and whatI was originally told about how it would benefit my business.

Cons:

They did not follow thru as they said. Different people gave different answers help limited. One petson said it could take months. Asked for a refund keep getting run around. Very bad experience.

Over the past 3 years, I have spent hundreds of dollars in creating a website. UENI has been cost effective in saving time, money, and frustration!!!

Cons:

I am not of fan of technology, it doesn't match with my trade, however UENI has made building my website an ease, but they send a lot of promotional emails that get mingled with the emails I need to respond to.

I created my own website, that I was not at all satisfied with. UENI built my website for me saving me time, money, and frustration.

Who knew!??

I don't have to pay for expensive, unsecured hosting anymore. I don't have to worry about an SSL certificate, privacy policy updates and template subscriptions. I've saved thousands of dollars and many hours of going back and forth with a contractor to make necessary plugin updates and changes.

Pros:

The year is 2023, and trying new things, and companies, is oft a 50/50 chance, not with UENI, though. They have been 100 from start to end. The set up was easy, the initial delivery was white-gloved, and the handoff was smooth. Now we have a functional website that can handle our rapidly changing external communications and sales.

Cons:

I wish there were more educational/child care based templates and would love more background coloring options. Also, the upgrade packages do not meet my needs. Wish there was a customizable option.

Reasons for choosing UENI

I'd been using WordPress for our company content management system/website for years. Learning about and purchasing a site from UENI has been much easier and a lot more economical than paying all of the many subscriptions and added plugins to have an operable website.

The $200 lifetime deal has deal-breaker limits.

Quick creation, really quick 30 minute overview of site features before publishing, very good chat responses, but if you want even a very basic business website you'll have to upgrade. Critical features are not included in the Lifetime package

It's easy to use. Support is quite responsive. The cost of the lifetime version is attractive (until you find out about the hidden details)

Cons:

Clunky templates. No Subscribe/Follow button is available in blog feature without upgrading to monthly $$. No drag/drop for adding graphics. Limited options for font sizes. Continual popup adds to upgrade (this is in the paid version, not a free version). No way to full explore changes without publishing first.

I got suckered in by the incomplete description of features, or lack of features in the lifetime version.

I am very impressed with UENI. They built my website in one week. It was very professional and better than I could have expected. I cost was very reasonable and I could not ask for a better Website Builder. This Team is outstanding.

Cons:

Sometimes I like speaking directly to someone when asking for help. UENI made this very easy for me by quickly communicating through emails and Chat.

They offered me a great price, fast service and continuous support. I did not have that before.

Fat, trealmined, truly kind and helpful staff, issues resolved ASAP, beautiful design that looks and feel professional to legitimize your presence, yet feels like you. PLUS plan is great, comes with features to help get you started, click-through modules to help you get things on your site correctly, SEO, and coaching calls. Oh, and I hate writing copy, so I sounded like a crazy person. They translated "cazy person" into language that is intuitive and mskes sense.

Cons:

It sometimes can be a little picky, and there aren't a lot of things I can do from my end to change graohics, However they have request forms so you can ask to have them changed.

GoDaddy kind of sucks. Too many hidden fees, awkward template builder, frequent glitching, poor vustomer service

I like that UENI can handle all the website technical and creative designs.

Cons:

There were a few times where my design requests appeared not to have gotten to the Design team. I would highly recommend that the once a customer has paid for their subscription there be a design meeting with the customer before any work is done. This would allow the designer to have a verbal discussion with the customers to fully understand the concepts and expected outcome. This would allow for the delivery of the website to be aligned with the customer's expectations and reduce the need to have many meetings.
