In general is a software that serves in several areas, is a great advantage over other software
Interesting features that facilitate the user experience, although they have to be debugged and serve many business areas
Too rigid in the parameterization of the tool, little flexibility, although it can be solved by training the final customer

Very intuitive, and easy to use. Like the new features of being able to use a mobile phone to take a picture of a problem, and attach it to a work order request.
Not much to add for the cons. If there has been any issues that arose the customer service/implementation team has been more than happy to assist.

We got this software about a year ago, and it has been an incredible benefit to our organization. It has allowed us to remain more focused on our daily activities as the software manages much of the things we had to do manually. It has increased our efficiency and output while decreasing our hours of input which is a great accomplishment.
1. The interface
2. customer service

Customizable, easy of navigation and very automated
Price was way too high, but they were quick to negotiate
This is the only CMMS that has full cell phone app and navigation is very intuitive

The software was easy to set up and easy to learn. I tool almost no time to learn the basics of work order generation and tracking.
I have no real dislikes. Support is always available and courteous.
I recommend using all the online training aids and webinars.

The software is intuitive, and a user can figure out what they need to do, even if their training hasn't been completed. Also, the vendor support for questions or concerns has been rock solid. The implementation has been simple and was only limited by our the resources we had available to collect and input information into the system.
Speed could be quicker when moving between screens and applications. This is mostly a function of internet speed, so it's really not a product issue, but it is an ease of use issue.
It is a solid maintenance software package. It doesn't have a lot of specialty bells and whistles, but it can handle everything you need to manage industrial maintenance for a single site or multi-site company.
