This plan builds upon the Essentials Plan, introducing additional tools for client collaboration, custom reporting, and compliance. **Pros:** - **Enhanced client collaboration:** The client portal feature enables seamless communication and information sharing with clients. - **Customizable reporting:** Create custom reports tailored to your business's unique requirements. - **Compliance-ready:** DCAA compliance features ensure your business meets necessary regulations. **Cons:** - **Higher per-user cost:** The increased price point may be a consideration for budget-conscious businesses. - **Limited resource planning:** While project templates are included, this plan does not offer more advanced resource planning features. - **Add-ons come at a cost:** BigTime Foresight and BigTime Wallet are available as add-ons, which can further increase expenses. **Premier plan** The Premier plan, at $45 per user per month, is designed for businesses that require advanced project management, resource planning, and invoicing capabilities. This plan includes features, such as project profitability and utilization forecasts, plans vs. actuals reporting, and skills and demand-based planning. Pricing for Foresight Connect is custom and requires contacting BigTime for details. **Conclusion** After analyzing BigTime's pricing plans, it's evident that they offer a range of options designed to cater to businesses of various sizes and complexities. - **For small businesses or startups:** The Essentials plan is an ideal choice. At $20 per user per month, it provides a cost-effective solution with fundamental features, such as time tracking, expense management, and project management. While it may lack some advanced functionalities, it serves as a solid foundation for growing businesses. - **For mid-sized companies:** The Advanced Plan, priced at $35 per user per month, strikes a balance between affordability and functionality. With additional features such as client portals, custom reporting, and integrations with popular tools, such as HubSpot and Salesforce, it empowers businesses to streamline their processes and enhance client relationships. - **For larger enterprises or those with complex needs:** The Premier Plan, at $45 per user per month, offers a comprehensive suite of features. From project budgeting and multilevel approvals to API access and extended support hours, it equips businesses with the tools necessary to tackle intricate projects and maintain a competitive edge. Pros:
The app on the phone is a big improvement, I still find the views totally confusing, especially for running reports or getting to project details. It feels like it’s been weirdly customized.
Cons:
It’s very hard to find certain views and screens when you want to report on projects and look up time. The most useful screen put often buried behind eight or nine different steps to get there.

Pros:
This product is easy to track time with. When features work, the dashboards and reports are helpful for analysis.
Cons:
It is difficult to use reporting because it breaks frequently. This seems to have occurred more often over the last several months than earlier in our time using the product. Customer support acknowledges bugs, but development is slow to correct key features, such as the loss of the ability to export simple reports to Excel. The product seems to over promise and underdeliver a lot of the time. We recently upgraded one of the modules based on meetings with the sales team. Shortly after purchasing, key dashboards suddenly stopped working. Communication could be improved. Customer service has acknowledged being aware of a bug before we reported it, but never let us know. I would value communication regarding the health of the product to help with our planning, rather than the frequent marketing notices.
