About Communities to Success

Communities to Success (CTS) is a platform that is designed to help nonprofit organizations and other forms of social organizations, achieve their maximum potential in organizing and managing their case, fund, and reporting all in one place. By using your web browser CTS can provide a user friendly experience along with your information easily accessible so that your organization can simplify their management process.

As a user, you are able to set and manage goals across 10 self-sufficiency categories, securely store and retrieve relevant documents, access prior self-sufficient reviews, and conduct new reviews. Users can have access to both their case management and fund management all housed within CTS. Users can blend multiple funding streams, track transaction types, manage payment codes, and track transaction amounts. Our report library represents most scenarios desired by our clients, but in the event you need custom reports set up, we offer that as well.

Pros:

The reporting feature in CTS is critical for SCA to be able to show funders and other entities the impact of services that are provided to clients. CTS also includes features that allow for household changes, such as moving members from one household to another, as their life situations change. The ease of making these changes ensure accurate data collection.

Cons:

The software meets SCA's needs well, and we continue to work to develop more customized reports as needed.

Excellent Product!

Thanks to CTS our team has been able to be way more productive, and avoid a lot of challenges we had when it came to organizing all of our data. The functionality is there for what we need to create and maintain reports, we are able to use the system as a tool. I highly recommend using CTS as your organization's data management platform. Your case managers will thank you for it!

Pros:

The feature I like most about the product is the customizable reports to align with the needs of the various funding sources that help us accomplish our mission. Reports also help with program analysis and identify potential gaps in services, identify underserved populations, and strengthen agency program.

Cons:

At this time, I cannot identify any negatives about the system.

Our system was antiquated and we needed a system that would increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our Case Managers and enhance the services we provide.

Customizable reports allow the agency to gather and analyze data, as well as report outcomes that show agency impact. The ability to set permission levels for staff, including who can access certain areas of the database and who can edit information already entered, ensures security of data collected

Cons:

We have been using the system for 1 year now and the transition has gone well. We continue building custom reports as needed

Pros:

CTS combines the client database with fund source management and time allocation all in one system. This makes it easy to braid funding sources and pull real time data for accurate, advanced reporting.

Cons:

At this time I do not see any cons to CTS.
