Wir werden sehr gut durch Flowers betreut und haben schon mehrere Prozesse bei uns eingeführt und haben dadurch sehr viel Ressourcen eingespart

Individualität die Prozesse auf die Bedürfnisse des Unternehmens erstellen zu können und jederzeit anzupassen

Cons:

Leider noch sehr viele Bugs und Fehlermeldungen. Der Support ist erreichbar aber es dauert lange (teilweise mehrere Tage) bis eine Rückmeldung erfolgt. Ist der Zuständige Ansprechpartner außer Haus dauert es teils noch länger bis der Support reagiert. Leider werden auch gemeldete Fehler nicht kurzfristig behoben.

Die Benutzeroberfläche ist modern und übersichtlich gestaltet, was die Einarbeitung extrem erleichtert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der strukturierte Freigabeprozess, der sich flexibel an unsere internen Workflows anpassen lässt. Die Benachrichtigungsfunktionen und die Integration in bestehende Systeme (z. B. ERP) funktionieren reibungslos.

Cons:

Kleinere Optimierungspotenziale gibt es bei der mobilen Nutzung – hier könnten Ladezeiten und UI noch verbessert werden. Auch wäre ein Dark Mode wünschenswert.

Vor der Einführung von Flowers mussten wir Verträge und Bestellungen von Hand heraussuchen und mit den eingehenden Rechnungen abgleichen bevor wir sie freigeben konnten. Sobald jemand im Urlaub, krank, oder einfach im Home Office war, kam es dabei häufig zu Verzögerungen und doppeltem Aufwand. Seit wir über Flowers alles digital und festen Prozessen folgend abbilden, geht alles viel schneller und einfacher

Cons:

Die Bedienung könnte etwas einfacher sein. Man gewöhnt sich zwar sehr schnell and die Logik von Flowers, aber es könnte auf den ersten Blick noch einfacher sein. Ist aber nicht so schlimm, denn die Flexibilität, die damit einhergeht, macht das schnell wieder wett.

Flowers unterstützt uns bei einer der wichtigsten Aufgaben im Unternehmen: Die Automatisierung und Steuerung aller entscheidenden, kritischen Prozesse im Betrieb. Wir bilden über Flowers Prozesse ab, die höchst empfindlich und besonders schützenswert sind. Für das Vertragsmanagement, Personalangelegenheiten und auch kleinere Prozesse ist es das perfekte Tool.

Cons:

Zu Beginn braucht es ein kurzes Intro, aber sobald die Anlage von Prozessen einmal durchgespielt wurde, ist es kinderleicht.
