About RevCent

RevCent is a cloud-based online payment solution that helps businesses manage transactions and streamline eCommerce operations such as shipping, order fulfillment and more. Professionals can create rule-based payment profiles and process transactions via credit cards, checks and Paypal integration.

With RevCent's WooCommerce plugin, enterprises can import multiple products on the platform and enable free trials, subscription policies or shipping rules for specific items. Managers can filter the customer database by campaign, date range or status to access clients' order history, shipments and previous transactions. Additionally, it allows users to embed customizable widgets into business websites and generate analytical reports using tracked metrics.

RevCent comes with an application programming interface (API), which allows organizations to modify the system and integrate it with various third-party systems. Pricing is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via documentation, phone and other online measures.

PERFECT!

When we signed up I was introduced to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. They assured me that I had found the right software for my needs and they proceeded to go above and beyond to make sure that my team and I were set up correctly. They spent 3+ hours with me on a video conference to give me the piece of mind that I needed knowing that I was setting everything up in my platform efficiently and correctly. They really took the worry and stress out of this process for us. Some of the best, if not the best, customer service I have experienced to date.

Pros:

My team and I struggled to find a solution for our business model for a long time. When we came across RevCent, we not only were able to accomplish what we needed to as far as ability to take recurring payments, but much much more that we didn't even know we needed! With RevCent you can tie any payment processor to your account to accept payments. But not only that you can add as many as you would like. Having the ability to add multiple at once keeps us ahead of the game and in the driver's seat. We can also direct our shipping operations effortlessly with Shipstation tie ins and more since they allow you to set it up with whatever way works best for us! The fact that we can essentially customize our platform to fit every one of our needs makes RevCent a homerun.

Cons:

We are fairly new users with RevCent currently but have yet to find anything that resembles a con for what our uses have been.

Reasons for switching to RevCent

Every other software we tried was restrictive in payment processing integrations and most of the time would only have one section or one piece of the total picture we were were looking for. RevCent covered all the bases.
