見積書の作成、請求書の作成に利用するだけでも便利です

Pros:

エクセルだと過去に作ったものを探すのが大変ですが、検索ですぐ絞れますし、スピーディに見積を作れます。また原価入力して、利益率を簡単に確認できるのが、一番のメリットかもしれません。行の追加や入力もストレスなくでき、他社のWebサービスと比較してもかなり使いやすい部類だと思います。請求書も見積から起こすことができるので、すぐに作成できます。どの見積が受注済みで、どの受注が請求済みかもわかり易く管理できるので、小規模な会社にはベストな選択だと思います。

Cons:

現状それほど困っていませんが、社印の登録が複数できたら助かります。(取引先によって角印でなく代表印を求められる場合があります)。また請求(入金)の消込が銀行自動連携等でできるようになったらいいなと思います。ただ今のままでも十分かと思います。

いままでだと請求書の決裁承認がなかったので、システム切替えてから上長の決裁が楽になりました。

直感的で使いやすく欲しい機能の大半が網羅されていると思っています。テンプレートも充実しているのでキックオフする企業、システム移管を考えいる企業向けです。メールでの請求書などにも対応しているので便利です。

Cons:

他のシステム連動も意識して欲しいと思っています。

安くて使いやすいのはもちろんですが、ユーザーの意見を取り入れてどんどん改修が進むところが良い点です。

Cons:

特に使いにくい点はありませんが、送り状印刷だけ別の機能に分けてもらった方が良いと思います。（請求書複数で同じ請求先というシチュエーションに対応させてほしい）

導入が簡単でユーザーの新規作成や削除もすぐできて便利。価格の割にはとても使い勝手の良いシステムだと思う。

どこからでもアクセスできるクラウド型で、見積もりから請求まで一元管理できるのが良い。

Cons:

発注の漏れや請求の漏れを防止する機能などはない。たまにサーバー容量の問題なのかアクセスしづらい時があった。

必要な機能がほぼ揃っています。他のサービスは，見積・請求レベルなのですが，SpreadOfficeは，見積・受発注管理・請求書管理・納品書作成・検収書作成・請求書作成が揃っており，見積から受注，協力会社への発注，請求書発行までの一連の流れに関する帳票を全て発行できることが，魅力に感じ，導入いたしました。

Cons:

経理システムとの連携については難しくてよくわかりません。
