About XpenseCo
XpenseCo is a travel and expense management software designed to help businesses of all sizes manage corporate bookings and claim reimbursements. Administrators can view upcoming or canceled reservations and track expenditures for employees, projects and business units.
The solution allows teams to view rates across hotels, buses and airlines in real-time and manage travel bookings according to the company's policies. XpenseCo enables managers to review expense-related transactions and automatically match invoices to manage reimbursement operations. Additionally, employees can request cash in advance, submit claims and file expenses on a unified interface.
XpenseCo lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party applications such as MS Power Apps, MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, MS Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Salesforce, Power BI and more. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email and live chat.
