In addition to a comprehensive overview of budgets, planned capacities and employee profitability, Allfred also gives agencies a stronger starting position when negotiating the price and provides reliable and accurate benchmarks of financial efficiency. It helps automate repetitive tasks, guides people and alerts potential problems. We are satisfied with this tool.

As a project manager, there are many things I appreciate about Allfred. It provides an excellent overview of all my projects, including budgets, invoices, time tracking, and client reporting. I've never had an experience like this with any other project management tool. Even though I use only a few of its features, Allfred's comprehensive capabilities make my work much easier. It truly stands out as a valuable tool in my daily workflow.

Cons:

None of the tools are perfect, and Allfred is no exception. However, it comes very close to meeting our needs. If any issues arise, you can rely 100% on their support, which is essential to me.

I appreciate the most that I am able to pull all data and reports from one tool. Financial analysis are detailed and specific. Thanks to the notification, I am able to step in and resolve possible issues. Continuous updates of Allfred improve user experience over the time.

Cons:

In case of extensive databases was the waiting time little bit higher, but this is improving during the time.

The best thing I like about Allfred is its complete project reporting and finance management. I can see the real-time project progress in regards to people's time spent on the project, but also from a financial POV. That is the best combination for a project manager. Regarding finance - I really really welcome the overall option to "communicate" with a financial department through out the one tool. You manage the whole invoicing system there and don't need to send it anywhere else

Cons:

The latest updates in the planning made it a bit complicated. I would prefer a lot better options in changing the already planned capacities. But I am sure it is only a matter of time before it will be upgraded.

Quick and clear preparation of invoices and price offers. Allfred is excellent as a To do list - I have a good overview of what I have done and what is still to come.

Maybe a little faster. Show more characters for the project name - in Resources planning.
