LobbySpace closes this gap: as an employee TV for production, warehouses, healthcare and retail, LobbySpace brings company news, KPIs and updates directly to screens where the work happens.

Unlike generic digital signage solutions, LobbySpace delivers hardware, software and personal support in one package. The pre-configured LobbySpace Player simply plugs into any screen. The system is live in 5 days. No IT project, no procurement effort, no maintenance burden for the IT department.

LobbySpace was built for the DACH market from day one: GDPR-compliant, hosted in Europe, SSO integration via Microsoft Entra ID. Personal onboarding and a dedicated Customer Success Manager are included from the PRO plan.

"The real deal"

Pros:

LobbySpace is the real deal when it comes to software solution and can gives you a simple use to digital signage through cloud software and create rooms for better management for slideshows it's too easy to use. It improves communication with their with the simplest tool every where around you. well designed templates it's easy to create, modify, signifies, schedule and above all manage your documented profiles.

Cons:

The things to be considered firstly is space for more informations and secondly when I was trying to change to a different program I have to wait for like 30 minutes before loading.

Es ist sehr intuitiv gestaltet und einfach in der Anwendung/Installation. Gerade der Aspekt der Mobilität hat uns schon oft sehr geholfen.

Cons:

Manchmal laufen die Animationen nicht wirklich rund und die Uhren App ist nicht ganz glatt. Außerdem berichten die Nachrichtensender nur über negative Nachrichten, eine positive Option wäre toll.

They offer customizable membership options and pricing structures that accommodate requirements.

The customer service staff is also outstanding. They're always willing to assist us with any problems or questions we may have. They go above and above to make sure that the service meets our needs.

Pros:

The platform is easy to use and has many features that meet all of our demands. We can easily manage our spaces with the booking system's simplicity. All of our bookings and payments can be tracked, and we can even set up recurring payments for our frequent customers.

Cons:

The staff's politeness and professionalism, which are always on hand to help with any questions or problems, pleased me. There is plenty of parking available and the location is convenient. Overall, LobbySpace was a fantastic experience, and I heartily endorse it to anyone looking for a lively, creative workspace.
