Pros:

I love how universal the Suite is so that I can collaborate and share all work. I also like that settings that allow me to have ownership and show, or to give complete editing.

Cons:

I sometimes find that I miss a few simple features but Google continues to be responsive to input so hopefully my wish list items will happen.
