smino has helped us to train our remodelers and contractors

It is the best tool we could hire for construction management in our new physical location. We depended on many tools but with smino we unify everything and do the work in one place. The projects are done on their own and we have more time to dedicate to the client and their concerns.

Pros:

It is a perfect tool for our new users as it shows us through the dashboard all the resources we are going to need when starting a new project. The system has an excellent learning curve so everyone can learn without someone to teach them.

Cons:

The only drawback of smino is that in the mobile version some options are not shown or are limited and it is difficult to edit or select any particular type of report.

Smino ist eine grossartige App mit einem intuitiven Design, das es einfach macht, sich schnell zurechtzufinden. Die Funktionen sind vielseitig und erfüllen viele alltägliche Anforderungen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die effiziente Kollaboration zwischen den Projektbeteiligten. Die Protokolle lassen sich sehr einfach erstellen, sodass man sehr viel Zeit einsparen kann. Mit den regelmässigen Updates zeigt Smino, dass das Entwicklerteam aktiv an Verbesserungen arbeitet.

Cons:

Praktisch keine Nachteile. Smino arbeitet kontinuierlich mit Hochdruck an neuen Funktionen und verbessert sich fast täglich. Aktuelle Schwächen sind daher innert kurzer Zeit behoben. Ein grosses Lob für diesen beeindruckenden Einsatz!

User-friendly and multifunctional platform

smino helps to manage and review plans in one place while sharing all information with each project member immediately. In this way, less information gets lost during the construction and design process. The protocol tool helps us to spend less time with document formatting and emailing it among the participants. Markings can be done on the plans directly from which a task can be immediately created and shared with the responsibles.

Pros:

The platform can manage plans and revisions for which the folder structure can be individually created to adjust the project. The cooperation protocols can also be created with direct plan or photo references and markings can be done on these to highlight the subject of the issue. It is also suitable for listing and managing construction defects. It is good that every project member can always see the most recent plans and information on one platform, but at the same time, the right to view confidential documents can be varied freely with the access settings. In addition, the support also works very efficiently, I get answers to all my questions on the chat interface within minutes.

Cons:

The layout of the interface could be approved: the size of the document view window could be bigger so the plans could be studied in more detail. When writing a protocol it is not possible to give a status to a point (e.g. open, solved).

Von Anfang an dabei

Smino ist eine sehr gute und agiles Tool von der Planung bis zur Ausführung und Abnahme. Man merkt den Elan der Firma dahinter immer weiter zu kommen mit neuen Funktionen.

Pros:

Die Plan Versionierung ist besonders gut gut und mit der neuen Funktion, dass man die Pläne auf der Plattform gleich vergleichen kann ist genial. Das Protolltool ist sehr effizient und man sogar während der Sitzung schon sehr viel erstellen so das es einem einfach geht dies zeitnah zu versenden.

Cons:

Das Baujournal funktioniert schon recht gut und einfach. Dort sollte man aber auch gleich aufgaben erstellen können und das es Vorlagen gibt die man immer ausfüllen sollte bei jedem Baustellen besuch währe noch super.

Intuitive und einfache Benutzerführung. Aufgaben- und Protokollmodul ist herausragend gut.

Cons:

Keine Mailintegration. Aktuell ist es in der Praxis nicht umzusetzen, dass alle Projektbeteiligten mit dem System arbeiten. Deshalb wäre eine Mailintegration sehr hilfreich (Stichwort: Nutzungshürden so gering wie möglich halten).

Am besten gefällt mir an Smino, die einfach Baudokumentation in Rahmen meiner Baustellenkontrollen. Des Weitern das verteilten und den Überblick der Aufgaben von allen Projektbeteiligten zuhaben.

Cons:

Es fehlt mir eine Drag and Drop Funktion um Anlagen( Pläne, Dokumente usw.) schnell im Projekt abzulegen.

Smino im Gebrauch im Um/Neubau

Jeder im Projekt hat immer zugriff auf die Pläne. Probleme können dadurch schneller behoben werden.

Kleine bis mittelgroße Baustellen, benötigen keine Papierpläne mehr. Immer den Aktuellsten Plan auf der Baustelle Aufgaben / Mängel können sauber abgearbeitet werden mit beweis (Foto).

Cons:

Order (Dateien) wo die Pläne abgelegt werden. Teilweise wird viel Zeit benötigt von Plan zu Plan zukommen.
