Action Audit - great solution for audit management.

Action Audit is a great tool for managing audits in our organization. Additionally, it contains great features for monitoring non-conformities - which greatly improves the problem-solving process. Another great advantage is the constant development of the application based on user reports.

Flexibility, quick response of the system, simplicity in operation, possibility of creating many complex connections to achieve desired result

Cons:

Some of the filters were "cancelling" one another when chosen.

Very good application to facilitate daily work

I have very good experiences with Action Audit, both in the application and support areas. I'm using thre softwares from RubyLogic, each allows for better work organisation, supervision and data processing. The added value is that each application gives indicators of the individual processes it relates to, KPIs. Additionaly easy progress tracking, email reports, rankings, feedback for employees. Technical support is also very important to, quick help, great contact with the supplier.

Very good application for Audit, Quick Kaizen management and overseeing the implementation of engineering changes.

Cons:

I have no comments, at this stage of cooperation all inconveniences have been removed.

Cons:

Web version design is not mobile friendly. However we use mobile app that works perfect.

Cons:

Initially, I had some concerns about data filtering. However, my problem was solved very quickly.
