About Bindy

Designed for multi-unit retailers, manufacturers, pharmacies and hospitality businesses, Bindy is a cloud-based platform that helps streamline inspection workflows, identify issues and assign corrective actions to ensure compliance with brand standards. Administrators can schedule visits on a calendar and create customizable inspection checklists or forms to collect data from sites and add attachments in them for reference.

Key features of Bindy include audit management, root cause analysis, data visualization, task management, collaboration and more. The software allows managers to automatically generate action plans using identified non-compliant items and designate users for each task to streamline issue resolution processes. Additionally, the built-in monitoring functionality enables supervisors to login-in and check the work progress across teams to view outstanding tasks.

Bindy offers an API, which enables businesses to integrate the platform with various third-party data export applications. Pricing is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via FAQs, email, phone and other online measures.

      Thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback. With regards to updates to an existing calibration, changes are not sent automatically. You can however manually send them using the built-in inspection email function and selecting the applicable recipients from the list of site affiliated users. This gives the sender granular control. Note that user new user comments, including action plan comments, are sent automatically. Again, we appreciate your feedback.

      With a network approaching 400 units nationwide, Bindy is an invaluable resource. The archiving of reports, photos, and more provide us the historical data we need to effectively manage and support our Franchisees.
      Cons:
      My complaint isn't an issue with Bindy, but with the personnel who submit the reports. Inconsistency in the collection of information is a human challenge we are still working to address.

Many customers now utilize the “Mandatory photos” and/or “Mandatory videos” feature of Bindy to provide photographic evidence that the standard was met. However, there is always the challenge.       The Bindy platform has been amazing for our company. Bindy makes everything easy, from setting up compliance forms, conducting location visits, and exporting visit data. Everything I need is just a click away. Every time I have a question and reach out to the support team, their response is prompt and thorough. There is nothing more I could ask of a compliance platform.

      There is nothing. Anything I have had an issue with the Bindy team has helped rectify the issue.

      I like that we are able to customize the inspections and run various reports. I also like that you can view Inspections side by side.
      Cons:
      I wish you could narrow a report before running it and not have to insert a filter.

While we have 27+ built-in reports, including trends, best and worst, summaries and raw data, and countless other charts, graphs, and visualization, we understand that some customers may need to go over and above or generate very specific reports. For those cases, we recommend using the API. This allows you to extract the data from Bindy automatically and load it into an enterprise data warehouse or analytics package where it can be correlated and visualized according to very specific needs.
