    Optimal maintenance tool with great mobile app and SAP Integration

    The combination of SAP integration, strong mobile usability, and a clear, structured interface makes it a very effective solution for industrial environments. I'm interested to see how the system evolves, but overall, the system already delivers excellent value.

    Pros:
    Maintastic integrates very well into a maintenance setup as an automotive OEM. Leveraging the SAP connection, technical locations are synchronized automatically, while the reactive maintenance is handled entirely within Maintastic. The mobile app is a favorite, and perfectly suited for use directly on the shop floor. Maintastic allows technicians to create, update, and close tickets right where the issues occur.
    Cons:
    Maintastic could benefit from improved supplier management. I wish the option to integrate suppliers directly into the tool is on their list of upcoming features.

    Software is very intuitive to use, no traning required whatsoever when using the software. Features, especially annotations are helping to communicate in loud shopfloor souroundings
    Cons:
    Only 4 user can videoconference at a time; Smartglasses, e.g. HMT-1 (not directly related to Oculavis) are not easy to use, especially if you have never used smartglasses before.

    My experience with Maintastic, was very positive. Not only did they offer great support, the overall usability was very good as well as the integration of they different features into our datamodel.

    Maintastic proved to be a very capable tool, for reducing downtime of our systems. It improved collaboration with external Engineers especially in a cleansing environment. Having multiple people join in without the hassle of changing into cleanroom-suits was one of its best features.
    Cons:
    Even though remote support was very valuable, camera support was always an issue due to our semiconductor clients and their stricht no camera policies.

    The ticketing system in Maintastic is very well structured and allows for clear tracking of maintenance requests and responsibilities. The integrated remote support functions make collaboration with service providers much easier and reduce downtime significantly. Both features have become essential tools in our daily maintenance operations.
    Cons:
    Setup of Active Directory is very helpful, because it helps to structure teams, users and their roles. We needed some support from the Maintastic helpdesk to set it up.

We are only five people on the team, but it’s important to have a clear overview of all equipment and scheduled work orders — and Maintastic delivers that to us. Setting up the system was straightforward, even without external support, and it’s been running smoothly.
    Cons:
    The only current limitation for us is the lack of offline functionality, which would be particularly useful in areas with limited internet access. However, Maintastic has already confirmed that this feature is under development and will be released soon..

The collaboration is excellent and the Maintastic CMMS provides a strong technical foundation and is continuously tested and refined. The team’s commitment to security and transparency is outstanding. In our case, the system serves as a development environment.

    None so far. The cooperation has been smooth and highly professional. Since the software is built on a professional basis, we have a great environment for R&D.

    We were invited to share our impressions of Maintastic after testing the free version. The software offers a complete range of maintenance management features in a very intuitive interface. We’ve been impressed by how well it supports reactive maintenance, structured maintenance planning, and asset knowledge management. The ability to store and organize technical documentation directly within the platform has also proven extremely useful.
    Cons:
    So far, we haven’t encountered any real downsides. As we are still in the testing phase, we are exploring advanced configuration options, but everything has worked smoothly and reliably so far.
