    A game changer for streamlined inventory management and POS

    I am impressed not only with Webbres as a program but also the support and development team. During a big promotion recently my sales team desperately needed changes done that should have taken months to go live on my website. We got a response within minutes of the request and the AWESOME Webbres Dev team got everything built out and online in less than 2 weeks!!!

    From day one I have been impressed by the user friendly nature of Webbres. I was able to quickly grasp its functionalities and navigate the system with ease which allows me to focus on providing the best customer experience possible.

    We are extremely pleased with how easy this software is to use and the high level of customer service WebbRes offers. Ease of use and outstanding customer service sets WebbRes above any other software company out there. Any questions are answered quickly and training sessions are readily available.
    Cons:
    WebbRes is a partner in our business and continues to work with us to add customizable options to the platform. Sometimes there is a wait for upgrade deployments.

    The process that we went through to switch to WebbRes was very streamlined and took very little effort on our part other than training. Britton and his staff have understood our needs and been with us and accessible through the whole process. Any new features we need, they are quick to implement them and or explain how to get what we need accomplished.
    Cons:
    There really isn't anything to not like about this system. Any issues we have had have been addressed very timely and new updates that are sent are explained thoroughly.

    Reasons for switching to WebbRes

    Trailer Central eliminated their DMS system and we wanted a program that was a one stop shop for all of our website, inventory and DMS needs.
